I had water damage from a malfunctioning hot water heater in my town house. I was in an Immediate response type of situation, to say the least. I contacted John David Andress Construction to schedule an appointment ASAP. They responded in less than three hours and had me set up with a licensed water remediation company to ensure that no mold issues began. I contacted State Farm Insurance, through the guidance of this company to start the claim process. Everything was handles very promptly and professionally. I was greatly impressed!!
